Welcome to Mrs. Hebert's Family and Consumer Science website. The FACS class is composed of three areas.
The Food and Nutrition portion is always a favorite of BRMS students! During this time there will be opportunities to prepare recipes and put their knowledge to work.
In the Large Group classroom, students will be learning "life skills" to build confidence and independence. Students will learn how to use the management process to be a better student and family member.
In the FACS Compupter Lab the students explore many topics such as Heart Fitness, Food Science, and Early Childhood in computer guided lessons and activities. Students learn the importance of teamwork as they work together to solve problems.
